June 1 of 2023 was another bad day for President Biden, as he had a nasty little spill at the Air Force Academy. He was there to give the commencement address to the new graduates. The White House later blamed his fall on a sand bag. Though an old video as of 2024, the video is still relevant given the continued questions about Biden’s mental and physical health.

That embarrassing, confidence-destroying moment happened when President Biden tripped and fell when turning to exit the stage after the commencement address. Stumbling, he fell forward onto his hands and right side. He then had to be helped up back onto his feet by a number of attendants on stage: two Secret Service agents and an Airman, with another Secret Service agent hovering in the background.

When the slip occurred, the previously enthusiastic, if not jovial, crowd took in a collective, silent breath and stared, stunned at the President when he fell and struggled to get back on his feet. White House communications director Ben LaBolt tried to explain Biden’s fall on Twitter, saying, “There was a sandbag on stage while he was shaking hands.”

Commenting on Benny’s post, one Twitter account, Vigilant Fox, said, “Joe Biden is the sorriest excuse for any President in American history. As embarrassing as this is, it will die with the news cycle. Had this ever happened to Trump, MSM would be questioning his fitness for office every hour of every day for a month straight.”

Agreeing with Vigilant Fox, another commenter pointed out the hysteric media response to Trump carefully walking down a ramp, saying, “The MSM screamed for a week, 25th amendment when he walked gingerly down the ramp, and then when he was drinking water out of a glass and used two hands as not to spill it.”

Another commenter on Benny’s post argued that it is crazy the Democrats are trying to push another four years of President Biden on the American people given his obvious infirmities, saying, “The real insult is the Democrats trying to pass him off on the American people for another four years. They won’t allow him to do any debates b/c it will show too clearly how he’s not operating at full capacity. He’s fallen enough times for the Democrat party to say ENOUGH!”

Indeed, this is not the first caught-on-camera accident of Biden’s presidency. The first high-profile slip was when Biden struggled to get up the ramp to Air Force One, stumbling and falling multiple times as he tried to make it up the ramp.

In another infamous incident, President Biden toppled off of his bike while taking what should have been a calm and relaxing bike ride at Rhehobath Beach in Delaware. That occured because President Biden got his foot caught in the foot cages on the bike, meant to make pedaling easier. Despite that explanation, the incident led many Americans to question the president’s health and led to the humorous incident of people submitting enough request to Google Maps to temporarily get the location where Biden fell called “Brandon Falls.” That not-so-shocking but still embrassing incident occurred in December of 2022.
